Key Accountabilities
- Performs inventory adjustments, batch code corrections, and cycle count corrections
- Releases products from quality hold, and responds to internal customer e-mails relating to inventory issues
- Trains employees in inventory processes and provides inventory assistance to operations employees
- Ensures employees are working safely, and following all work rules
- Ensures inventory issues are being addressed by the department and communicated to the Inventory Control Manager
- Escalates any issues that arise during the shift, if necessary
Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree required
- One year of related experience is required
- Previous lead or supervisory experience is highly desired
- Experience in a role managing multiple priorities is highly desirable
- Experience with warehouse management systems is required
- Candidates must have strong computer skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Demands
- You will be constantly standing, walking, riding, carrying, twisting, bending, balancing, seeing, hearing, and handling paperwork
- You will regularly be lifting objects weighing from less than 20 lbs. to 60 lbs.
