Inventory Control Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to join our Chadwell Supply team as an Inventory Control Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.

Responsibilities

• Performs a daily inspection of all warehouse product aisles and areas, and provide written notification of any unsafe conditions to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Completes daily cycle counting, processes customer returns and vendor returns, and performs other tasks as assigned by management or Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Submits daily cycle count paperwork and reports specific count or product issues to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator via cycle count documents.
• Assists in loading and unloading goods onto or off of delivery vehicles as required and according to Chadwell Supply operating procedures.
• Records and processes customer returned products returned by Chadwell delivery drivers.
• Maintains a clean and safe warehouse and dock area and attends weekly safety meetings with other personnel.
• Data entry and utilization of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Requirements

You must be 21 years or older, in good physical condition, capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways.

Qualifications

Previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors is required.

Skills

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry and MS Office applications are essential.

Pay

$19.00/hour based on experience and performance-based bonuses.

Schedule

Full Time, 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS AND PAID HOLIDAYS OFF!)
