Inventory Control Associate 3rd Shift
Job Summary
Inventory Control Associates are responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy and reconciling discrepancies between physical counts and company Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Other responsibilities include efficient use of WMS to evaluate product inventories, measuring and weighing products, organizing products according to protocols, reporting inconsistent or damaged goods, and converting unsellable inventory into available product. Inventory Control Team Associates will also recommend strategies to enhance inventory procedures and participate in current 5S standards.
Required Education
- High school diploma or GED
Required Skills & Experience
- Good attention to detail
- Independent work ability
- Effective time management and analytical/problem solving skills
- Effective written/verbal skills, and using simple math
- Experience with warehousing processes preferred
- SRT Certification recommended
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred

- Ability to work at heights up to 65 feet
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Job requires applicants to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, and move about the facilities
- Safety requirements for the SRT equipment: 400 pound weight limit
