Inventory Associate - Driver

Responsibilities
- Safety First - Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Count and record inventory with precision - Accuracy matters here.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow - Your playbook for success.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods — think conditioning, but with purpose.
- Meet daily performance goals - And celebrate when you beat them.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
We are also looking for associates with experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work. No inventory experience? No problem. If you can bring the discipline, we will train the rest.
Skills
We encourage applications from candidates who have no degree, no experience or are returning to the workforce, have military experience, and have access to reliable transportation.

- Competitive pay: This position is eligible for a productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.

Pay
Starting at $16.00 - $18.00
Schedule
Part Time: Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn! Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
