Responsibilities

• Upload physical inventory counts for all stores.
• Work with AP, Purchasing, IT, and DC Operations to verify inventory integrity and make corrections as needed.
• Report on various aspects of the business to aid in decision-making and improvements in practices.
• Analyze inventory data to report findings from store, DC, and internet inventories on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Research missed receiving for AP and DLPS.
• Aid DLPS in research and analysis of inventory variances.
• Support stores with questions about receiving and inventory.
• Create and analyze reports essential for inventory research and the 1301 account.
• Assist with duplicate payment into the shrink account.
• Assist with creating and implementing SOPs for receiving, purchasing, and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals passionate about their work and strive for excellence.
• Act as a trusted internal partner across departments to collaborate on initiatives projecting positive business outcomes.
• Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of data analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
• Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
• Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
• Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
• Close vision for computer-related activities.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $48,700 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
