About the Role

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing inventory-related activities throughout the warehouse and other operational areas. This role focuses on ensuring best-in-class accuracy and practices for warehouse operations through coaching, training, and process implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cycle counts of warehouse locations and complete corrective actions in EWM.
  • Generate daily and weekly material availability reports based on demand and scheduling.
  • Audit shipments for correctness.
  • Lead the implementation and auditing of the label control process.
  • Perform daily and weekly production validation.
  • Maintain high interaction levels with all associates to uphold company policies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and train indirect reports on warehouse procedures and policies.
  • Report daily to senior plant leadership on business unit performance.
  • Lead the team to ensure inventory integrity and assist in conducting physical inventories.
  • Optimize space utilization through warehouse consolidation.
  • Drive QA processes and standard compliance, including addressing customer complaints.
  • Provide SAP support for all shipping activities.
  • Follow and adapt to all safety and GMP protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, or Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse OR 3-5 years of warehouse supervision experience.
  • Experience in a union environment.
  • Experience with consumer packaged goods or retail distribution (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • SAP/EWM/TMS systems experience (preferred).

Pay

Salary pay range: $54,000 - $90,000 plus bonus. The pay rate depends on the candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
