Interpreter (Wolof, French & English) 2nd Shift
What Will You Do?
- Provide assistance with both written and verbal translation and interpretation.
- Aid in the hiring process, performance management process, team meetings, training sessions, and other situations where interpretation is required.
- Translate written communications into other languages for Operations, Distribution Center, and other areas as needed.
- Support the interviewing and hiring process of candidates that speak other languages, including conducting interviews, providing tours, making offers of employment, administering the pre-employment test, etc.
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
- Maintain reliable attendance.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training, and education.
- Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
- Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
What Do You Need?
- Education: Associate Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, Required
- Experience: 1 year of experience in Spanish interpretation and translation, Required
- Licenses or Certifications: None
