Job Summary
The Interpreter Recruitment & Documentation Coordinator manages the recruitment, onboarding, and document processing for interpreters, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit interpreters through outreach, networking, online platforms, and professional events.
- Process, review, and maintain interpreter onboarding documents and compliance certifications.
- Ensure all interpreter documentation meets contractual and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with interpreters regarding document submissions, updates, compliance requirements, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate interpreter profiles and records in internal systems.
- Cook upboarding processes and collaborate closely with scheduling, billing, and compliance teams.
- Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, onboarding progress, and document compliance status.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An associate's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- One to two years' experience in administrative roles, recruitment, or document management is required.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential information are expected.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with interpreter recruitment or language services industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with document management and compliance verification processes is preferred.
Work Environment & Requirements
- This is a full-time, on-site position at Bellevue, WA corporate office.
- Remote work is not permitted.
- Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, with flexibility required based on client needs.
- Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required to handle urgent scheduling matters.
- Candidates must pass a 10-panel drug/alcohol screening and a national criminal background check.
Compensation
- A competitive hourly rate of $23 to $25/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
