Internship, Program Manager, Service (Fall 2026)

What You'll Do

• Analyze historical route data to identify patterns and opportunities for optimizing technician schedules
• Collaborate with service teams to understand operational constraints and requirements
• Develop SQL/Excel-based models to quantify the impact of adding non-customer repairs to routes
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with software teams to evaluate or design tools that support route optimization workflows

What You'll Bring

• Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or related field
• Preferred: Prior experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to operational goals, paired with a foundational understanding of software development structures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

Expected Compensation $20.43 - $28.61/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
