Internship, Program Manager, Sales & Delivery (Fall 2026)

What You'll Do

• Aid in the development and implementation of strategies for key sales and delivery initiatives.
• Coordinate resources efficiently and provide clear direction and timelines for deliverables.
• Support execution of key sales and delivery initiatives such as pre-delivery and delivery operations, sales operations, and compliance.
• Consolidate and provide feedback to key stakeholders, conduct project evaluations and post-mortems, and drive process changes based on learnings.
• Regularly visit sites to review activities, implement quality and customer service standards, resolve problems, identify trends, and escalate challenges, offering feedback to the Sales & Delivery Territory Manager.

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
• Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when needed.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal business functions globally, as well as external vendors.
• Strong ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay and Details

Expected Compensation: $20.43 - $28.61/hour + benefits.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
