Internship, Project Manager, Sales & Delivery Operations (Fall 2026)

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Program Manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring seamless vehicle sales and delivery processes
• Analyze data related to vehicle sales, customer experience, and delivery timelines, providing actionable insights for operational improvements
• Auxiliary in coordinating sales generation and vehicle delivery events and optimizing customer experience touchpoints
• Work with Regional Field Trainers to create and refine training materials focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and delivery excellence
• Conduct evaluations of training programs through data collection and feedback analysis, ensuring continuous improvement in training
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives to improve Tesla’s sales and delivery processes, including digital tools and automation enhancements
• Conduct research to benchmark Tesla’s operational performance
• Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing projects within the Sales and Delivery team
