Fall 2026 Sales Management Trainee Internship

About the role

The Enterprise Management Internship offers real-world professional experience to university/college students, preparing them for future careers in management.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a successful business alongside first and second-year full-time professionals.
• Engage in team-based activities with peers who provide support and guidance.
• Take on challenges similar to those faced by Management Trainees, including managing a fleet of vehicles, customer service, and developing marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be a current senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Master of Business Administration with a graduation date of May 2027 or before.
• Must commit to the fall program by working at least 25 hours per week.
• Must have at least 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement in sales, defined as commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential, within the last 4 years. If no sales experience, must have 1 year of experience or involvement within the past 4 years in any of the following: military, collegiate athlete, or leadership role within an academic organization.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (one of the two violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past 5 years.
