This position is expected to start around January or February 2027 and continue through the entire Spring term (ending approximately May 2027 or later, if available). We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging, effective instructor-led and eLearning courses that align with project plans, adult learning theories, and style guides
  • Ensure training content is clear, grammatically correct, and meets customer expectations
  • Capture requirements, build designs, develop content, and evaluate outcomes
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to scope curricula requirements
  • Work with e-learning developers and multimedia specialists to publish interactive courses
  • Manage and support course evaluations within your scope

Requirements

  • Portfolio Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress or recently completed in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, including ADDIE model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and learning styles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Experience with learning management systems and platforms like Articulate Storyline and Rise preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for delivering complex technical training
  • Strong time management, organizational, project planning, and feedback skills
