What You'll Do
- Research, evaluate, and source event opportunities across the Northeast region to ensure alignment with Tesla’s brand identity and business objectives
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing local and regional events, ensuring seamless logistics and brand consistency
- Support event marketing initiatives, including outreach, promotional material development, and post-event reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain alignment with corporate goals and strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event vendors, partners, and venue representatives
- Track and report on event performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements
- Provide administrative support to the events and marketing teams as needed
What You'll Bring
- Must be enrolled in an Academic program
- Must be based on Long Island, NY, with flexibility to travel within the Northeast territory
- Able to measure ROI and event impact post-activation, including lead generation, engagement, cost, and brand visibility metrics
- Strong ability to source and evaluate event opportunities strategically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and resourceful in fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in event coordination, marketing, or communications (internship or professional) preferred
