Internship, Compensation Project Manager (Summer 2026)

This position is expected to start May 2026 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e., through August) or into early Fall 2026, if available. A minimum commitment of 12 weeks, full-time, is required for most internships. International students on CPT should confirm they can work 40 hours per week before applying.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management tasks, including creating and tracking project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Organize and facilitate meetings across multiple teams, tracking progress and capturing action items
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and developers to clarify and translate business requirements
• Support automation efforts to improve process efficiency
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with compensation, HR, and IT/software teams to align on project objectives

Requirements

• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies is highly desirable
• Familiarity with system integration, reporting tools, or automation scripting is a plus
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and compensation data
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
