Who this is for

This is for graduate students in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy who need a practicum or internship placement and want it to actually teach them something.

What you will learn

Most trainees leave school knowing theory and not much about how a practice runs. Here you see the whole picture: how a client comes in, how an intake becomes a treatment plan, how notes are written, and how standardized measures track whether therapy is working. You do this with supervision, not on your own. If you are already licensed or on a limited permit, the limited permit track is the better fit.
