Opportunities for LGPC, LGSW, and LMSW clinicians working toward independent licensure in Maryland. Seeking experienced LCPC and LCSW-C clinicians who value professional autonomy with the support of a group practice. Administrative roles that keep our practice running smoothly and ensure an exceptional experience for clients and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy under supervision
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning
• Manage your own clinical work independently
• Facilitate groups or offer workshops
• Develop specialty services aligned with your passions
• Manage scheduling & client communications
• Assist with intake and onboarding
• Support billing & insurance coordination

Qualifications
