Internet Sales Representative

About the role

The Internet Sales team works at the heart of the company, handling 50% of the overall auto group's sales. The industry is evolving with more customers preferring online shopping, requiring skilled communicators who can engage, educate, and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage internet leads, online chat, and phone interactions
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with dealerships
• Stay updated on product changes and release dates
• Drive customer satisfaction and provide helpful, pleasant service
• Work flexible hours including weekends
• Use various software programs and learn new tools

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills with MS Office
• Ability to type 40 WPM
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of retail, sales, clerical, or related experience
• Self-motivated and able to achieve goals
