Internet Sales - Processor

Key responsibilities

• Assisting customers through email and in person
• Aid in pulling and packaging of equipment for shipment
• Prepare IT type equipment to be listed for sale on eBay
• Aid in the remarketing of IT type equipment
• Use internal software (Everest and Iinvision) and Sixbit software used to list equipment online
• Keep the storage locations of listed equipment neat and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned by department supervisor

Experience and/or Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient tying skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Familiar with selling on eBay and other online sales venues
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Preferred

• A+ certified
• Degree in Electronics or IT field

Experience and/or Education

• Previous employment in computer related job
• Good working knowledge of IT equipment and its value
