About the Role

Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced and motivated Internet Sales Director to deliver a luxury experience for guests through world-class hospitality and expert use of sales software systems. This role thrives in a fun, upbeat atmosphere and focuses on converting leads into sales while guiding customers through every step of the process.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) and a clean driving record
• Extroverted personality with a natural ability to engage in conversation
• Sound business acumen and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field—or comparable automotive industry experience
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Solutions-oriented mindset
• Functional understanding of supporting software systems, including:
  • CRM software
  • Data mining software
  • Customer communication tools
  • Pricing and inventory management tools

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for guests through amazing moments and world-class hospitality
• Conduct organized and consistent follow-up with customers
• Sort, prioritize, and respond to customer inquiries about inventory and pricing from web-based sources
• Review and prioritize both active and inactive leads
• Convert leads into appointments and sales
• Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs using knowledge of Earnhardt inventory
• Guide customers through every step of the process, including sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions
