Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales conversions
- Train and lead the internet sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and current promotions
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from online inquiry to purchase
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales required (management experience preferred)
- Proven track record of success in internet or digital sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
