International Tax Senior Associate or Counsel

About the role

Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Houston, TX office is seeking an International Tax Senior Associate or Counsel with 7+ years of experience to join its International Tax Practice. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a law firm or accounting firm planning inbound and outbound cross-border transactions across a diverse range of industries.

Requirements

• 7+ years of international tax experience
• Admission to the Texas bar
• Excellent academic and employment credentials
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, CPA license, or LL.M. in Tax (strongly preferred but not required)
