About the role
We are seeking an International Regional Manager to join our Israel & Ukraine team in Boone, NC. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
- Support the Regional Director in order to create, articulate, and disseminate a clear vision and strategy for Samaritan's Purse programming in the region
- Work with relevant Headquarters and field-level staff to ensure all grants, awards, and internally funded programs are implemented according to Samaritan's Purse Program Management Guidelines and donor requirements
- Analyze data and background materials in order to provide guidance to and support Regional Director(s) and key decision makers
- Maintain detailed understanding of regional grant activity and provide timely summaries to the Regional Director(s)
- Manage partner relationships and programs in the region and communicate regularly with funding recipients in order to receive timely reports; establish funding and evaluation criteria, send guidelines to perspective partners, evaluate program proposals, make funding recommendations, and monitor currently funded programs
- Investigate and determine new opportunities for partnership in existing countries and other countries in the region
- Assist Field Office headquarter-level support with all aspects of procurement, including planning, bid justifications, and contracts
- Assist Regional Director(s) by providing on-site monitoring and evaluation of partner programs
- Assume lead responsibility for managing specific partner projects
- Provide surge capacity and assume additional responsibilities for Regional Director(s) during absence due to travel, disaster response, or vacancy
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university and three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire
- English language proficiency
- Willingness to travel 30-60 days per year

Location: Boone, NC, United States. Full-time position within the Projects department.
