International Order & Logistics Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an International Order & Logistics Coordinator for a respected international consumer products company with a long-standing global distribution network. This is a fully remote, direct-hire opportunity with a preference for candidates located on the West Coast to support communication with international partners across Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage international export orders from order entry through shipment, delivery, and customer follow-up
• Cook up with freight forwarders, transportation providers, vendors, and international customers to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Prepare and maintain export documentation while supporting compliance with international shipping requirements
• Process invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, shipping reconciliations, and general bookkeeping activities
• Build positive relationships with customers, distributors, vendors, and logistics partners while resolving shipment or order issues
• Support day-to-day business operations and contribute to process improvements across multiple functional areas

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience coordinating international logistics, export operations, freight forwarding, or global supply chain activities
• Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, or financial reconciliation
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across international time zones

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This direct hire opportunity offers a target salary of approximately $60,000 annually. The position is fully remote, with company equipment provided as needed, and offers the opportunity to join a stable, collaborative organization where employees are empowered to take ownership of their work. Candidates located on the West Coast are strongly preferred to support communication with customers and business partners throughout Asia.
