International Logistics Coordinator
What’s the Job?
Cook domestic and international shipments via air, ocean, road, and rail transportation.
Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other required shipping documents.
Ensure shipments comply with export regulations, customs requirements, and hazardous materials standards.
Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates, risks, and delays to stakeholders.
Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including customs delays, documentation discrepancies, and transportation exceptions.
What’s Needed?
- Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
- Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping processes, and customs procedures.
- Familiarity with transportation modes including air, ocean, road, and rail.
- Understanding of hazardous materials shipping regulations, including IATA, IMDG, and DOT requirements.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
