The Job
The Job As an Executive Host within the International Marketing team, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional guest experiences, building lasting relationships with our casino clientele while ensuring seamless service from arrival to departure. You’ll evaluate player activity to offer tailored incentives, manage reservations through advanced systems, and provide personalized attention throughout each guest’s stay. With a keen eye for detail and sound judgment, you’ll handle requests, resolve concerns, and maintain strict confidentiality—all while supporting marketing initiatives and attending exclusive events.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior relevant experience in hotel operations, casino marketing, VIP services or table games preferred.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), Vietnamese, or Korean—native-level or business proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing preferred.
Qualifications
Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is: $55,600.00 - $74,200.00 This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
