About the role
Miami Valley Gaming is looking for a sales-oriented individual to join their Executive Host team. This role involves developing relationships with VIP guests to promote repeat business and grow the VIP player base. Key success factors include dynamic interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to think on your feet.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with VIP guests
- Promote repeat business and grow the VIP player base
- Offer tickets to events such as the Kentucky Derby, Bengals Football games, and Cincinnati Reds Baseball games
- Help ensure guests' safety and health
- Work independently and assist with other tasks as needed
- Enjoy a fun and friendly work environment
Requirements
- Ability to perform typical tasks in an entertainment/guest service environment
- Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time
- Pass a background check or be eligible for a gaming license
- Customer service and hospitality skills
