International Corporate Tax Advisory Manager - FY27
About the role
The Transaction Tax Practice at EY is a dedicated team focusing on the tax aspects of corporate and private equity acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and capital market transactions. As a Transaction Tax Manager, you will serve corporate and private capital markets clients undertaking third-party transactions in tax diligence, general transaction advisory, and overall transaction project management.
Responsibilities
- Apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas, devising strategic outcomes to very complex issues, including US domestic and cross-border tax strategies.
- Manage professional employees or supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.
- Guide others and interpret internal/external issues to recommend quality solutions.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
- Identify and analyze tax risks and opportunities while advising on transactions involving financial instruments (e.g., cash, debt and equity, derivatives, foreign exchange).
- Develop and execute tax strategy by managing risk arising from global law changes (such as Base Erosion Profit Shifting - BEPS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
- US CPA or member of US State bar
- No less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience

Pay
Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $116,200 to $212,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $139,400 to $242,000.
