International Corporate Tax Advisory Manager - FY27
About the role
The Transaction Tax Practice at EY is a dedicated team focusing on the tax aspects of corporate and private equity acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and capital market transactions. As a Transaction Tax Manager, you will serve corporate and private capital markets clients in areas such as tax diligence, general transaction advisory, and transaction project management. You will assist with internal restructuring and corporate and private equity buy/sell side due diligence, develop and execute tax strategies, and advise on transactions involving financial instruments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver processes, solutions, and projects, ensuring quality and effective risk management.
- Drive continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
- Apply depth of expertise to guide others and interpret internal/external issues to recommend quality solutions.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Manage professional employees or supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.
- Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- US CPA or member of US State bar.
- No less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.

Pay
Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $116,200 to $212,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $139,400 to $242,000.
