International Corporate Tax Advisory Manager - FY27
About the role
The Transaction Tax Practice at EY is a dedicated team focusing on the tax aspects of corporate and private equity acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and capital market transactions. As a Transaction Tax Manager, you will serve corporate and private capital markets clients in tax diligence, general transaction advisory, and overall transaction project management.
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge to a wide range of tax areas, devising strategic outcomes to complex issues, including US domestic and cross-border tax strategies.
- Manage risk arising from global law changes such as Base Erosion Profit Shifting (BEPS).
- Advisory on transactions involving financial instruments like cash, debt, equity, derivatives, and foreign exchange.
- Manage professional employees or supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives, ensuring performance and results.
- Guide others and interpret internal/external issues to recommend quality solutions.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
- US CPA or member of US State bar
- No less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience

Pay
Base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $116,200 to $212,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $139,400 to $242,000.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
