We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Wholesaler to join our team. The Internal Wholesaler is responsible for promoting and selling LifeSecure ancillary products via inbound and outbound call activity. Actively sells and services agents/broker and agencies that are not assigned to Sales Managers. Foster relationships with agents, agencies and brokers to identify new sales opportunities and maximize existing sales relationships. This is a remote position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Follow established process to execute sales campaigns including utilization of sales aids and promotional material.Conduct proactive outbound calls to promote ancillary insurance products.Assist Agents with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.May attend trade shows or seminars representing the company to gain new business as directed by Head of Sales.Host webinars to provide product training/demonstrations to agents Lead comprehensive training programs covering product offerings, appointment process, and sales techniques for both agents and agencies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service, support, and operational compliance. Utilize contact management system to track activities and maximize results.Annually review and update website training tools. Provide feedback on sales issues and reoccurring issues in process/tools.Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions and provide feedback to appropriate departments. Education and Experience Requirements:3-5 years of insurance sales experience, preferably ancillary (Hospital Indemnity, Accident and Critical Illness), life, health, or long-term care products.Understanding of agency administration processes. Technical proficiency with MS Offices as well as Sales database experience, preferably SalesForce. Expert on product knowledge, as well as complex technical needs.Successful remote/virtual sales experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:Excellent customer relationship management skills.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Special Conditions of Employment (licenses, certificates, credentials, etc.): Must have a valid Health / Life License in state of residency (or will be required to obtain one within 90 days of hire).Light travel possible, including overnight stays. Language Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to author routine reports and correspondence. Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
