Responsible for leading the governance, strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of material master, pricing, and modeling processes across the organization. This role manages a team of Material Master Pricing Administrators and serves as the business owner for master data governance, pricing administration, data quality, and process standardization. The manager is accountable for ensuring the integrity, accuracy and compliance of material and pricing data that support commercial, service, finance, regulatory, and operational processes. This role drives operational excellence through strong governance, automation, data stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting enterprise transformation initiatives and future-state business capabilities. As a strategic leader, the Manager establishes governance frameworks, develops team capabilities, and partners with business and technology stakeholders to ensure master data processes effectively support organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Material Master Pricing Administrators responsible for material master, pricing, and modeling activities.
- Establish clear performance expectations, development plans, and operational objectives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus.
- Manage workforce planning, workload prioritization, resource allocation, and succession planning.
- Build organizational capabilities supporting SAP S/4HANA
