About the role

Wealth Enhancement is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to support our Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) in pursuing new client relationships. This is a remote position open to candidates in the Central or Eastern time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly respond to incoming referrals with internal processors for immediate action
  • Make initial contact with referring external partners within optimal response times
  • Process leads in company systems for RVP and Advisor access
  • Sets initial client meetings and gathers appropriate case information for RVP
  • Oversees the sales cycle from pre-intro communications and scheduling to post-intro communications and data gathering
  • Plans proposals and deliverables and coordinates onboarding experiences
  • Supports the sales team by coordinating with central support teams on sales-related activities
  • Partners with regional sales leadership to oversee the new business pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, financial services, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in project management and/or financial services
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) certification not required but may be beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of RIA and custodial platforms and investment products (a plus)
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to train and coach others
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
  • Must be in good compliance standing with all rules, regulations, and policies

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
