Inside Sales Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join its remote sales team. This is a fully remote phone‑sales position focused on outbound performance — not a customer service role. The representative will call homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar, qualify leads, and schedule free consultations for the outside sales team.

Requirements

• Located in the Northeast U.S. (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland)
• Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience
• Tech savvy with strong computer skills
• Sales mentality and a strong confident closer attitude
• Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance
• Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence
• Strong time management and multitasking ability
• Reliable work ethic

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred

Pay

Base Pay: Minimum hourly wage (state dependent) + Commissions; OTE range $65,000 – $80,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Schedule

Full‑time position with mandatory weekend availability. Two shift options:

• Track 1: Thursday to Monday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Standard Shift)
• Track 2: Friday to Tuesday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
