About the role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect new customers, manage existing relationships, and close deals through effective communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
