About the role
In this position, you’ll provide material to molding associates for the production of successful end products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety on the press line
- Remove full skids
- Perform SMC mix changes and mold changes
- Supply cutter and deflasher with appropriate materials
- Other duties as assigned

All associates are responsible for workplace safety, incident and injury prevention, and environmental programs. Compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- No felony conviction in the past 7 years
- Forklift license
Physical Demands
- Occasionally lift/handle up to 100 lbs
- Frequently lift/handle up to 50 lbs
- Constantly lift/handle up to 20 lbs
Work Environment
Associates work around mechanical hazards, noise, and vibration daily. Seasonal exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and outdoor conditions may occur.
Skills
- Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Computer literacy
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; six months to one year of related experience preferred.
Pay
Base salary range: $47,860 – $57,200 USD. Actual pay may vary based on education, experience, location, and other factors. Eligible employees participate in an annual bonus plan or role-based sales incentive plan.
