INTERNAL ONLY - Structural Supervisor - Maintenance

About the role

The Structural Supervisor provides technical leadership and hands-on supervision of the district’s structural maintenance program, including carpentry, roofing, painting, glazing, doors, windows, locks, hardware, concrete, and other building envelope and interior structural systems. The position performs advanced journey-level work while coordinating the daily activities of assigned maintenance personnel to ensure district facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained. The role supports preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service to maintain learning environments that support student success.
