INTERNAL ONLY: LEAD MAINTENANCE TECH II - STARTING PAY: $26.87 - $29.65 PER HOUR DOE

Responsibilities

• Assist Facility Director and Manager in managing maintenance, grounds keeping, and janitorial services.
• Perform a wide range of maintenance and custodial duties on various buildings, grounds, and related installations.
• Corrective abilities are limited to coaching and mentoring.
• Perform skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of commercial buildings including construction, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Must have knowledge of building maintenance, grounds keeping, and janitorial services. Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance, grounds keeping, and janitorial services preferred.

Skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
