INTERNAL ONLY: just keep livin After School Facilitator (REPOST)

About the role

The Facilitator supports the successful implementation of the just keep livin after school fitness and wellness program at Lloyde High School. The program, founded by Matthew and Camila McConaughey, provides after‑school fitness and wellness programming for high school students. Between Labor Day and Memorial Day (excluding school holidays and academic breaks), the facilitator will lead program sessions two days per week for two hours each day, helping students develop healthy habits through physical activity, teamwork, gratitude, nutrition, wellness education, and community service.

Responsibilities

• Participate in required district and just keep livin training.
• Facilitate program sessions twice per week.
• Incorporate fitness, wellness, nutrition, gratitude, teamwork, and community service activities.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students.
• Follow district procedures and just keep livin program guidelines.
• Recruit students and promote ongoing participation.
• Encourage regular attendance, teamwork, and positive engagement.
• Track student attendance and participation.
• Support student leadership and voice when appropriate.
• Coordinate required community service activities.
