Internal Meeting and Events Specialist
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We have content: Position Summary (could be About the role). Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities). Qualifications / Skills (Education, Experience, Systems..., etc). Benefits (listed). Compensation (Pay range). Schedule (40 hrs/week – extensive travel and frequent weekend work required). Also location info maybe part of About the role? Could be included in About the role paragraph.
We need to preserve info. FLSA status maybe minor metadata; could be placed in a short
maybe not needed. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. FLSA status is minor metadata; we could include in a short
under About the role or separate? Probably better to include in About the role paragraph.
We must not create sections with placeholder text. All sections we include must have substantive content.
Thus sections: About the role (includes position summary, location, FLSA status maybe). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications / Skills (maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? The instruction says use headings for Qualifications, Skills separately if content exists. We have both Qualifications and Skills content combined under "QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS". Could split into Qualifications heading and Skills heading, but they'd be thin. Better to combine into one section maybe "Qualifications and Skills". But the instruction says use headings for those specific headings if content exists. It says: "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not mandatory to use all. It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section with heading maybe "Qualifications and Skills". However the allowed headings list includes Qualifications and Skills separately; but we can still use a combined heading? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. ...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we could use separate headings but ensure each has substantive content. We have content for both: Qualifications (Education, Experience) and Skills (Systems and Technical Proficiency, Event Planning and Execution, Analysis and Decision Making, Vendor and Contract Management, Organization and Efficiency, Communication and Interpersonal). So we could have two sections: Qualifications and Skills, each with substantive content. That's fine.
Also we have Requirements heading maybe not present; we could skip.
We have Benefits section with list.
Pay section with ranges.
Schedule section with 40 hrs/week – extensive travel and frequent weekend work required.
We must not include boilerplate like DISCLAIMER, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS? Physical requirements could be considered part of Qualifications? But it's substantive; we could include under Requirements? But we don't have a Requirements heading; we could create a Requirements section for physical requirements. However the instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Physical requirements are specific content. So we could add a Requirements section with those details. But we need to decide if we want to keep sections minimal. Could combine physical requirements into Qualifications or Skills? Probably better as Requirements.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Requirements (physical). That's many sections but each substantive.
We must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use
. For each section we can have a
heading then content.
We need to preserve all substantive information: location, FLSA status, position summary, responsibilities list, qualifications (education, experience), skills list, benefits list, pay ranges, schedule, physical requirements.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We must remove boilerplate like DISCLAIMER, etc.
Let's extract details.
