Responsibilities
- Provide acute illness care
- Perform biopsies, bone density scans, cardiac stress testing, gynecology services, immunizations, laceration repair, management of chronic health conditions, medical acupuncture, mole, wart, and skin lesion removal, physical exams, pulmonary function testing, nuclear treadmill testing, nutrition, on-site x-rays, on-site laboratory, ultrasounds, thermiSmooth and ThermiVa
- Offer services including nutrition, physical exams, and pulmonology tests
Qualifications
- Training from an accredited Internal Medicine Program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active, unrestricted NC Medical License or the ability to obtain
Requirements
- Licensure/Certification Requirements: Board certified in area of specialty; MD/DO License in healthcare specialty, DEA; ACLS; BCLS; MD/DO
- Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: Language Skills - Should be able to communicate proficiently in English. Reasoning Ability - High-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnose medical and clinical issues presented by patients.
