Essential Functions

• Assesses patient's medical needs.
• Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests.
• Prescribes medication and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of two (2) years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting.

License and Certifications: Must hold a current state MD or DO license.
