About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. This is a 100% outpatient clinic featuring 26 dedicated exam rooms and a manageable expected patient volume of 12–15 patients per day. Call structure includes a shared weekday and weekend on-call schedule rotation.

About the Facility

The practice operates directly out of the high-functioning Heather Glenn Internal Medicine clinic on Naab Road, structurally integrated with the premier referral resources of Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis. Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis features an 86th Street campus anchored by an 821-bed acute care facility and 8 specialized Centers of Excellence, including a Level 1 Trauma Center. Serving a broad metropolitan Indianapolis population, providing an exceptional localized patient panel and strong multi-specialty network support. Integrated referral network. Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
  • Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program (Master's degree preferred)
  • 1 year of experience preferred

Required Certifications

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Physician Assistant credentialed from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Physician Assistant credentialed from the Indiana Physician Assistant Committee obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
