How you’ll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Call structure: Shared weekday and weekend on-call schedule rotation
- 100% Outpatient clinic featuring 13 dedicated exam rooms and a manageable expected patient volume of 12–15 patients per day
- Access to advanced practice support resources and streamlined work-flows using the Athena EMR system
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Enhance patient access through high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic evaluations for primary internal medicine conditions
- Drive clinical excellence by actively participating in care quality and cost-effectiveness initiatives across the practice
About The Facility
The practice operates directly out of the high-functioning Carmel Internal Medicine clinic on North Meridian, structurally integrated with the premier referral resources of Ascension St. Vincent Serving a population of approximately 100,000 in the Carmel community

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following required:
- Physician Assistant credentialed from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Physician Assistant credentialed from the Indiana Physician Assistant Committee obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Education: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.
- Work Experience: 1 year of experience preferred.
