How you’ll make an impact in this role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Join an established, stable and well-respected large medical group practice setting
Provide primary care, population health, and immediate care-type services to Unite Here union members (hospitality workers and their adult dependents)
Call structure: office call, rotated equally with the team
Practice setting: Outpatient
Busy Internal Medicine practice
See 10-20 patients per day on average
Nice mix of patients and cases
Pharmacy on site
Located in downtown Chicago
Great city location
A lot of autonomy
High quality service in one convenient location
Excellent office support staff
Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese)

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
    Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
  • Education: Masters Degree of Nursing required.
