About the role

Riverside Community Hospital is seeking Hospitalist and Nocturnist positions in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to hospitalized patients under the supervision of attending physicians.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate care across different shifts and departments.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case conferences.
• Assess and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control measures.

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Eligibility for California medical license.
• Experience in hospitalist or nocturnist roles preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine.
• Passing scores from the USMLE or COMLEX exams.
• Current DEA registration.

$275,000 - $302,000 / year
