About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established Hospitalist team Practice setting: Inpatient program Employed position with a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure and DEA registration Lead daily clinical rounds with a focused patient load of 10–14 individuals, allowing you the time to provide high-touch, quality care and thorough bedside evaluations Manage the continuum of care through an efficient 7-on/7-off schedule, taking ownership of patient outcomes during your week on while enjoying a true disconnect during your week off.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.
  • Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.
  • Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure and DEA registration.

$25,000 sign-on bonus Productivity incentives: Base plus RVU and Quality bonuses CME Allowance: of up to $4000 per year Malpractice coverage with tail
