What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, journalism, public relations, content marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt your voice for executive communications, employee engagement, and social media.
- Experience developing executive thought leadership, ghostwriting, or leadership communications preferred.
- Strong storytelling abilities with experience creating written, visual, and multimedia content across multiple platforms.
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels for brands or executive leaders.
- Comfortable interviewing executives and employees, facilitating conversations, and capturing authentic moments through video and photography.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset, creative curiosity, and passion for building meaningful employee experiences.
- Hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience is a plus.
