About the role
The People Team at Fluidstack focuses on several key areas including:
- Embedding with leaders to coach them on managing through rapid change.
- Partnering with managers to conduct performance conversations and support career transitions.
- Scaling the People Partnering function as the company grows.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and execute a regular internal communications calendar.
- Design and implement lifecycle notifications such as onboarding, role changes, and departures.
- Plan and execute at least one company-wide or cross-office event per quarter.
- Establish a social programming cadence that includes repeatable systems for events and feedback loops.
- Identify and plan future investments in both internal communications and events.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a passion for clear communication and creating shared experiences.
- Can navigate complex or sensitive topics with care and precision.
- Have experience owning internal communications and events at companies experiencing rapid growth.
- Are skilled in event planning and logistics, as well as experience designing programs that people want to attend.
- Can adapt to different contexts and roles within the organization.
