Internal Cloud Release Manager - AZ

Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end governance of the Internal Cloud Platform release lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure and platform changes. Manage release dependencies across engineering, operations, security, and product teams to ensure safe and predictable platform updates. Establish and enforce release standards, cadence, and readiness criteria to support consistent enterprise-scale delivery. Coordinate release calendars, change windows, and automation workflows, integrating CI/CD pipeline outputs into controlled production releases. Lead cross-team collaboration to minimize risk and ensure platform stability during release cycles.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience managing release lifecycles for enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or shared services.
• Proven expertise in release management, change management, and dependency coordination within complex, multi-team environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Agile/SAFe tooling, and release tracking mechanisms for large delivery backlogs.
• Strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), and automated change promotion into production.
• Experience operating within regulated environments where platform stability, auditability, and change controls are mandatory.

About the Role
